Going Dutch

Going Dutch is a workshop for children ages 8 to 12 and their parents. Led by noted food historian Peter G. Rose, the program starts with a lecture and discussion about Dutch colonial food as it relates to New York State history. Later, in the cooking class, children will make authentic Dutch colonial food, including delicious breads and cookies.
