Thinking Through Art: Young Artists and WritersFebruary 7 – 21, 2016
Opening Reception: Sunday February 7, 2016, 12 – 2 pm
Poetry Readings: February 8 – 19, View Schedule

Family and friends will have an opportunity to view the students' artwork created in response to the KMA exhibition SupraEnvironmental, which closed at the end of January.

During the week, students will be reading the poems they wrote as part of the Thinking Through Art program, an innovative partnership between the museum and schools from the Katonah-Lewisboro School District and beyond. Like the artwork on view, the poetry is also inspired by the artwork of the seven contemporary artists featured in SupraEnvironmental.

Readings include a brief reception as well as another opportunity to view the students' artworks.
