Day trip: Bauhaus at MoMA

Meet in the MoMA lobby (11 West 53rd Street) at 10:45 am for a private tour of the exhibition Bauhaus 1919-1933: Workshops for Modernity. This comprehensive show, marking the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Bauhaus school, includes a dizzying array of objects, ranging from painting and sculpture to furniture, graphics, film, industrial designs, photography, books, weaving, and typography.

$45 members, $55 non-members. Transportation and lunch not included.
