Summer Creativity Club: Cyanotype Experiments

Wednesdays, July 19, 26, August 2, 9, 10:00AM – 2:00PM
$50 members, $60 non-member per class. All four for $175 members, $215 non-members.
Ages 6 - 12

In these in-depth, art-making workshops, students ages 6-12 explore various materials, themes, and techniques in unique and creative ways. Each workshop will have two age groups and includes gallery visits, a lunch break in our garden, and art projects inspired by the works on view. July 19, Cyanotype Experiments: Explore the art of cyanotype with collected materials and a variety of techniques. 
July 26, Plein Air Painting: Enjoy a day of painting the nature surrounding the Museum. 
August 2, All Blue Day: Blue fabric, paper scraps, found objects, and drawing materials, all come together for multiple projects created in shades of blue.
August 9, Large-Scale Collage: We’re working big! Use paint and collage techniques to create a giant artwork.
