Creativity Club: Geometric Abstraction

July 16 2025 10:00am - 2:00pm

Dive into unique art materials, new techniques, and fascinating ideas in these summer art workshops! Each class includes multiple art projects organized around an intriguing theme, activities in our galleries, and lunch break in our garden. Students ages 6 – 12 will be divided into age-appropriate groups. Sign up for one or all.

July 23: Surrealist Experiments: Create fantastical drawings and paintings inspired by the work of surrealist artist Leonora Carrington.

July 30: Mix It Up! In this mixed-media mashup we’ll experiment with a combination of images, materials, and techniques to create wild and wacky artwork filled with imagination.

August 6: All-Day Painting: A variety of painting tools and techniques will be used to create multiple painted artworks throughout the day.
